Cancellation Policy

Enrichment Policy Our Enrichment Program offers a 30-45 minute guided class focused on creativity, movement, and mindful play, with the option to add 90 minutes of open play (total 120 minutes). Who It’s For This program is thoughtfully designed for preschool and elementary-aged children. However, if your little one is younger and you think they would enjoy and benefit from participating, then you are welcome to join us and give it a try! Enrollment & Payment - Classes are available to children ages 0–8 years old. - Payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot. - Spaces are limited to ensure small group attention and quality instruction. Check-In & Pick-Up - Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. - Parents/guardians must remain on-site during the class. - Waiver is required. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made at least two hours before class time can be rescheduled for a future session (subject to availability). - Cancellations made less than two hours in advance and/or no-shows are non-refundable. - Bluemont Local reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or inclement weather. In these cases, a credit or reschedule option will be offered. Safety & Conduct - For everyone’s safety, all children must wear socks in the play areas. - We maintain a nut-free environment — please avoid bringing outside food unless previously approved. - Respectful behavior and gentle play are expected from all participants. - We encourage parents and caregivers to support their child’s engagement while allowing them independence when appropriate. Bluemont Local staff are trained to ensure a positive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate experience for every child. Schedule & Communication - Class themes and schedules are posted weekly on our website and social media. -We encourage families to check the schedule regularly for updates on class offerings and special events.
