This flexible 3-hour private experience is perfect for adult birthdays and celebrations where grown-ups can enjoy the occasion while children have a dedicated time for supervised play and activities. Enjoy a private celebration with food, games, movies, and plenty of time to relax and connect , all in your own private space! What’s Included ✨ Private access to the entire Bluemont Local facility for 3 hours ✨ 1 hour of supervised play for children in our play area ✨ Pizza and celebration time - enjoy food, cake, and time together after play ✨ 2 hours in our back room with supervised children’s activities and entertainment ✨ Choose from activities such as movie night, games, crafts, or other age-appropriate activities ✨ Dedicated staff to supervise the children and assist throughout the event ✨ Themed decorations of your choice, including paper plates, utensils, napkins, and tablecloths ✨ Custom signage for your celebration ✨ One 7.5 ft balloon garland ✨ 8 large Jet’s Pizzas - authentic Detroit-style pizza ✨ Fruit & veggie platter ✨ Pastries platter ✨ Juice boxes for kids + bottled water for all guests ✨ Sparkling water for adults Perfect For: Adult birthdays, milestone celebrations, family celebrations, anniversary parties, reunions, and special events where adults want to celebrate while children have a fun, supervised experience of their own. How the Celebration Can Flow First Hour: 🎈 Children enjoy supervised play in our play area while adults mingle and celebrate.🍕 Everyone comes together for pizza, cake, and celebration. Final Two Hours: 🎬 Children move to the back room for supervised entertainment such as a movie, games, crafts (depending on ages) or other activities while adults continue enjoying the celebration. Important Details Pricing & Supervised Play ✨ Pricing for this celebration is customized based on the number of children attending and their ages, as our supervised play portion requires us to determine the appropriate staffing and supervision needs. ✨ When submitting your inquiry, please provide the approximate number of children attending and their ages. ✨ Once we have this information, our Events Team will contact you with the appropriate pricing and supervision details for your celebration. Cancellation Policy
Celebration Guidelines 1. Cancellations & Charges - A non-refundable deposit + tax is required to reserve your date. - Full payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. - If you cancel within 14 days to 4 days we can reschedule your party - If you don’t show up or call to cancel within those 4 days, the full party cost will be charged (no exceptions). 2. Party Start & End Times- - Host should arrive 15 minutes earlier. - Your party starts promptly at your scheduled time. - We are unable to extend your time if you start late. 3. Decorations - We provide tablecloths and paper goods, but you can bring your own themed table decorations if you would like. - To keep our space party-ready for everyone, we don’t allow: - Wall or ceiling decorations - Streamers, confetti, glitter, silly string, or piñatas. - Sparklers or fancy candles — they might set off our fire alarm. 4. Cake & Food We are a nut-free zone to keep everyone safe. - You can bring a cake or cupcakes (just no ice cream cakes). - Remember your cake knife, candles, and lighter- NO matches. - You can bring your own food—allowing flexibility for dietary preferences, healthy options, and family favorites! There is no additional charge for outside food or drinks or discounts. Please do NOT bring any food items that contain nuts. Note: We have candles and serve utensils available in case you forget them. 5. Goody Bags & Balloons - You are welcome to bring goody bags and balloons for your guests. - All balloons must be tied to a weight and stay in the party room. 6. Confirming Your Party- we will reach out by email in 5 days to confirm your guest count, go over any party add-ons, and make sure everything is perfect for your special day! 7. Wrapping Up - We plan our parties carefully to keep things smooth and spacious for everyone. - When your celebration time ends, we kindly ask that you gather your guests and belongings so we can get ready for the next group of party people.
