Celebrate your child’s big day with the ultimate Bluemont Local experience! This private party package gives your group exclusive access to our entire indoor playground for a 2.5-hour celebration designed for up to 60 guests (30 kids + 30 adults). It’s the perfect way to enjoy an unforgettable party filled with laughter, creativity, and connection all in your own private space! What’s Included ✨ Full private access to the entire Bluemont Local facility for 2.5 hours. ✨ 75 minutes of open play, in our incredible play area. ✨ 30 minutes of art activity in our Art room. ✨ 40 minutes of food, cake, and celebration. ✨ Dedicated staff to handle setup, hosting, and cleanup — so you can relax and enjoy. ✨ Themed decorations in your color palette of choice. ✨ Paper plates, utensils, and napkins provided. ✨ 10 large Detroit-style pizzas from Jet’s Pizza (authentic Detroit-style pizza). ✨ Juice boxes for kids + bottled water for everyone. ✨ Sparkling water or sodas for parents. ✨ A special 30-minute guided art activity in our Art Room. ✨ Custom signage with your child’s name. ✨ Themed goody bags. Important Details ✨Maximum capacity: 60 guests total. ✨ Bookings must be made at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. ✨ Adults must remain on-site during the event. ✨Socks are required for all children and adults in play areas. ✨ Setup and cleanup are fully managed by our staff. Cancellation Policy
Celebration Guidelines 1. Cancellations & Charges - A non-refundable deposit + tax is required to reserve your date. - Full payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. - If you cancel within 14 days to 4 days we can reschedule your party - If you don’t show up or call to cancel within those 4 days, the full party cost will be charged (no exceptions). 2. Party Start & End Times- - Host should arrive 15 minutes earlier. - Your party starts promptly at your scheduled time. - We are unable to extend your time if you start late. 3. Decorations - We provide tablecloths and paper goods, but you can bring your own themed table decorations if you would like. - To keep our space party-ready for everyone, we don’t allow: - Wall or ceiling decorations - Streamers, confetti, glitter, silly string, or piñatas. - Sparklers or fancy candles — they might set off our fire alarm. 4. Cake & Food We are a nut-free zone to keep everyone safe. - You can bring a cake or cupcakes (just no ice cream cakes). - Remember your cake knife, candles, and lighter- NO matches. - You can bring your own food—allowing flexibility for dietary preferences, healthy options, and family favorites! There is no additional charge for outside food or drinks or discounts. Please do NOT bring any food items that contain nuts. Note: We have candles and serve utensils available in case you forget them. 5. Goody Bags & Balloons - You are welcome to bring goody bags and balloons for your guests. - All balloons must be tied to a weight and stay in the party room. 6. Confirming Your Party- we will reach out by email in 5 days to confirm your guest count, go over any party add-ons, and make sure everything is perfect for your special day! 7. Wrapping Up - We plan our parties carefully to keep things smooth and spacious for everyone. - When your celebration time ends, we kindly ask that you gather your guests and belongings so we can get ready for the next group of party people.
