What’s Included: ✨ 75 minutes of open play + 40 minutes for food, cake, and celebration ✨ Color-themed decorations of your choice (up to 20 balloons + birthday banner) Paper plates, utensils, and napkins. ✨ 3 large Jet’s Pizza pies (cheese, pepperoni, supreme, veggie) ✨ Bottled water for all guests Perfect For: Cozy birthdays and close-knit celebrations Add-Ons & Notes: Extend your party by 30 minutes: $100 (based on availability) Art activity: $12 per child Fruit platters & charcuterie boards available (details provided after booking) Additional guests: $30 per person, up to 27 guests max Upgrade option available to Private Party (based on availability) Decoration Policy Additional fees may apply for decoration requests beyond our standard setup, such as assembling décor, creating paper chains, or putting together boxes or custom items. Cancellation Policy

Deposits, Cancellations & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party and cannot be transferred or credited. Full payment is due the day of the event; a payment link may be sent in advance. Cancellation/reschedule requests made 14–4 days before the event may be accommodated based on availability and must be rescheduled within 6 months. Cancellations within 4 days, no-shows, or failure to notify us will result in the full party cost being charged. No exceptions. Capacity Party packages are designed for 10 children with accompanying adults, with a maximum of 24 guests. More than 25 guests requires a Private Party upgrade. The absolute maximum is 27 guests, including children and adults. Infants don't count the total. Food & Entertainment Outside food is welcome at no additional charge. No nuts, alcohol, food warmers, or ice cream cakes. Cake/cupcakes are permitted. Candles and serving utensils are available if needed. Outside entertainment/vendors require prior written approval. Setup & Party Time Staff begin setup 30 minutes before your booking. Clients may enter 15 minutes before the start time. Early entry, are not permitted. Your booking is 2 hours, including 80 minutes of play time and 35 minutes for cake/pizza service. The final 5 minutes are for gathering belongings and exiting. Additional time is $100 per 30 minutes or portion thereof. After the party, for guest Open Play may be purchased at the front desk if space is available. We maintain capacity limits to provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Decorations, Balloons & Goody Bags Tablecloths and paper goods are provided. Themed table decorations are welcome. No wall/ceiling decorations, streamers, confetti, glitter, silly string, piñatas, sparklers, or candles that may trigger the fire alarm. Balloons must be tied to a weight. Additional decoration setup may incur a fee. Socks and completed waivers are required for everyone entering the play space. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Damage & Behavior Throwing or intentionally damaging toys/equipment, unsafe equipment use, or destructive behavior is not permitted. The party host is responsible for repair, replacement, cleaning, or other costs caused by their guests. Confirmation & Taxes The week off we will confirm your guest count and add-ons. A 6% sales tax and $0.50 Alexandria Admission tax/guest will be added to the final bill.
