Celebrate Big with Us! Host your child’s next celebration in style at Bluemont Local! Our private party package is designed for families who want a fun, effortless, and unforgettable event perfect for up to 32 guest! Enjoy exclusive access to our private party room for 2 hours of play, food, and celebration. What’s Included: ✨ 75 minutes of open play + 40 minutes for food and cake in our Private Party Room. ✨ A dedicated Bluemont Local host to set up, assist, and take care of cleanup. ✨ Themed decorations in your chosen color palette. ✨ Paper plates, utensils, and napkins. ✨ 5 large Jet’s Pizza pies (authentic Detroit-style pizza). ✨ Juice boxes for kids and bottled water for everyone. ✨ A choice of sodas, sparkling drinks for parents. Perfect For: Birthdays, class parties, or any special occasion that deserves its own joyful space. ✨ Want to make it extra special? Explore our fun add-ons to customize your celebration! Note: You can extend your party 30 minutes for $100 or you can add an art activity for $10 per child (We will contact you with details) Extra guest $30 up to 36 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Celebration Guidelines 1. Cancellations & Charges - A non-refundable deposit + tax is required to reserve your date. - Full payment is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. - If you cancel within 14 days to 4 days we can reschedule your party - If you don’t show up or call to cancel within those 4 days, the full party cost will be charged (no exceptions). 2. Party Start & End Times- - Host should arrive 15 minutes earlier. - Your party starts promptly at your scheduled time. - We are unable to extend your time if you start late. 3. Decorations - We provide tablecloths and paper goods, but you can bring your own themed table decorations if you would like. - To keep our space party-ready for everyone, we don’t allow: - Wall or ceiling decorations - Streamers, confetti, glitter, silly string, or piñatas. - Sparklers or fancy candles — they might set off our fire alarm. 4. Cake & Food We are a nut-free zone to keep everyone safe. - You can bring a cake or cupcakes (just no ice cream cakes). - Remember your cake knife, candles, and lighter- NO matches. - You can bring your own food—allowing flexibility for dietary preferences, healthy options, and family favorites! There is no additional charge for outside food or drinks or discounts. Please do NOT bring any food items that contain nuts. Note: We have candles and serve utensils available in case you forget them. 5. Goody Bags & Balloons - You are welcome to bring goody bags and balloons for your guests. - All balloons must be tied to a weight and stay in the party room. 6. Confirming Your Party- we will reach out by email in 5 days to confirm your guest count, go over any party add-ons, and make sure everything is perfect for your special day! 7. Wrapping Up - We plan our parties carefully to keep things smooth and spacious for everyone. - When your celebration time ends, we kindly ask that you gather your guests and belongings so we can get ready for the next group of party people.
